few months ago i had pain in my right testicle it wasn’t that much pain like when i started to walk it hurt but when i lie down on the bed the pain goes away drastically i Don't know if i had torsion or not but my veins of right testicle were loose after the pain ,, then i Researched and found out that i had varicocele in my right testicle then i started to take medicine and do yoga, few days later veins are back to normal sometimes it get loose but if i walk or stand for for few minutes the veins goes back to normal,, but right now I'm worried like i Don't feel any pain or swelling in my Right testicle everything seems normal to me dont have any reflexs in my spermatic cord but i Don't feel any sensation to my right testicle,, is this normal?or should i go and see a doctor,, Someone help me plz😔

Thank you doctor. I’ve been dealing with symptoms for several months. Down to 88 lbs. I’ve had 3 endoscopy’s. Last one show erosive esophagitis grade D. I was put in the hospital for two days placed on omeprazole twice a day and Pepcid in the evening. Prior to hospitalization I could swallow even water it was so painful. One strange thing, every time I walked I would get horrendous burping and pass so much gas. My burping got so bad i would often throw up. I quit going shopping because of throwing up in grocery stores. After the two days of hospitalization I thought I was cured. About a month ago the wretching and burping started again. I can eat now finally but only have gained about two pounds. Your discussion was very informative. I have some great doctors thankfully.

The best neck exercise for me is walking 9k+ steps a day. If you sit all day, walking is best. It not only improves your spinal mobility but also other health benefits. Unfortunately walking takes 1.5 hours for me but it is still worth it. I feel soooo much better now. I feel younger! I have arthritis in my neck and had neck pain for past few years. I bought different devices, spent thousands on physical therapists, chiropractic treatments, massages. None of them helped me as much as walking. Thanks to a physical therapist who once told me mobility is the key. I also do the neck stretching exercise occasionally.
